Where are you located?

Hockley, Texas 36 miles northwest of Downtown Houston.

Is there a nightly minimum?

 Yes, there is a two-night minimum unless a special promotional offer is given.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3 pm. Check out at 11 am.

Wi-Fi?

We do have Wi-Fi on site because this is a rule space; Wi-Fi can be limited.

Are children allowed?

Children are allowed. Adult supervision for outside time is required.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?

Our property is not yet wheelchair accessible.

Are pets/emotional support animals allowed?

At this time no pets or emotional support animals are permitted.

What's your policy for cancellations and rescheduling requests?

  • – 100% refunds are given for cancellations until 30 days before check-in.
  • – 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days but before 15 days of check-in.
  • – No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
  • – We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days before check-in, but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note that we cannot reschedule your stay if you have given less than 14 days’ notice before your scheduled check-in.
